Member Resources

Be prepared for every patient. Be found by every woman searching.

The Member Resource Hub gives menopause clinicians the research, answers and growth tools that clinical training doesn’t provide, updated every morning.

Your patients heard it on a podcast last night. They saw it on Instagram this morning. Will you have the answer? Members of The Menopause Association read the study behind every headline before their first appointment, answer with confidence, and turn their expertise into articles, posts and profiles that women and AI search can find.

Our mission

Education first. Shared Authority. The right care, found.

The Menopause Association is an independent, educational 501(c)(3) that puts education first. We give women clear, trusted answers about menopause, and we give the clinicians who treat them the resources, the platform and the Shared Authority to be found, trusted and chosen in their community.

Clinical societies teach clinicians what to prescribe. We make sure the women who need them can find them, trust them and hear their answer before the influencers get there first. TMA accepts no pharmaceutical funding. Our job is not to tell members what to prescribe; it is to help their expertise reach the women who need it.

Why it matters

The lighthouse with no light

Picture the finest lighthouse on the coast. Solid stone, a perfect lens, a keeper who has spent twenty years learning every rock and current. But the lamp is off. Ships pass it every night and steer toward the brightest light they can see, even when that light sits on the rocks.

That is the menopause specialist without visibility. The skill is real. The training is real. But the woman searching at 11 p.m. for “why can’t I sleep, is this menopause” never sees it. She sees an influencer with a discount code, a telehealth ad, or an AI answer that names someone else.

The Menopause Association turns the lamp on. Every bylined article, every complete profile and every post built from a new study is light that women, Google and AI assistants can see. Because The Collective gathers hundreds of clinicians on one trusted publication, each member’s light is amplified by all the others. That is Shared Authority.

The best clinician in town helps no one if no one can find her.

Tomorrow morning, in your exam room

9:00 Your patient watched a 60-second video last night that said hormone therapy causes dementia.

9:30 She read a headline that a new pill “replaces HRT.”

10:00 She wants the testosterone her friend’s favorite influencer swears by.

Each one is waiting to see if you know what she knows, and whether you know more.

With the Daily Briefing, you read it at 7:00 a.m. You know what the study actually found, how big it was and what it didn’t show. You answer in one sentence, with confidence. No hedging, no “I’ll have to look into that.” That moment is when a patient decides you are her specialist.

The gap no one else fills

Clinicians have plenty of places to learn the medicine. Almost nowhere to learn how to be found.

Our promise to members: you will never be caught off guard, and you will never be invisible.

  1. Read itin the Daily Briefing before your first patient.
  2. Answer itin the exam room, with your own expertise and judgment.
  3. Publish iton The Collective, under your name.
  4. Share itwith your community through posts, newsletters and handouts.

The Member Resource Hub

Every resource, and why it matters

One place, updated every morning, with everything a menopause clinician needs to stay current, answer with confidence and grow.

Every morning

The Daily Member Briefing

A short email each morning with the day’s new studies, clinical and regulatory updates, the top patient question and upcoming events, filtered to the topics you choose. Daily, weekly, monthly or off.

Why it matters: you read in five minutes what your patients will ask about today. Most clinicians find out what went viral when a patient tells them. Members find out first.

Unique to TMA

Trending Now

The headlines, celebrity campaigns and influencer claims driving patient questions this week, each with the likely patient question and a suggested evidence-based response.

Why it matters: it is built for the moment a patient says “I saw this online.” Your expert opinion replaces the influencer’s.

Updated daily

The Research Library

New studies, papers and articles every morning, each with a plain-language summary, key talking points, a patient-ready version and a link to the original. Nothing expires.

Why it matters: one study, three uses. The talking points become your answer, the patient version becomes your post or newsletter.

Stay current

Clinical & Regulatory Updates

Guideline changes, FDA labeling, approvals, recalls and supply shortages, each with what it means for your website, your consent forms and your patients.

Why it matters: practices that know first update their sites and messaging first. Being current is a signal patients and AI search both notice.

Grow

Practice Growth & AI

How patients find practices now, step-by-step SEO and AI search guidance, safe ways to use AI tools such as ambient scribes, and guides on patient education websites, publishing and books.

Why it matters: it teaches what no one teaches clinicians: how to rank for the searches women make and how to become the practice an AI assistant recommends.

Ready to use

Templates, Scripts & Swipe Library

A bladder-leakage screening script, a “selling care as a service” consultation script, patient messages and social captions to copy and adapt.

Why it matters: proven words save hours and convert better. A short screening script uncovers needs patients never mention.

Coming soon

Menopause Framework Guidebooks

Practical guides built on The Menopause Framework: the Three Pillars of practice growth, the six-step patient journey, the CLOSER consultation and diagnose-before-you-treat.

Why it matters: they turn your experience into a repeatable system, so every patient gets the same excellent path and your practice grows on purpose.

Save

Partner Resource Center

Training, research and member offers from vetted partners in hormone therapy, regenerative medicine, devices and practice services, clearly labeled as partner-provided.

Why it matters: partner savings can return the cost of membership many times over, with introductions you would otherwise find one vendor at a time.

Learn

Events

Conferences, webinars and member and partner sessions in one calendar, with recordings kept.

Why it matters: one place to see what is worth your time, and a stage for members who want to present.

Coming soon

Community: Spotlight, Survey & Live Q&A

A monthly Member Spotlight with a feature article on The Collective, the State of Menopause Practice Survey with pricing, volume and marketing benchmarks, and a monthly live expert Q&A.

Why it matters: benchmarks show how your practice compares; a spotlight puts your name and your win in front of women and peers.

Be the one who knows

What she heard versus what the study said

The distance between a headline and the actual finding is where a clinician earns trust. These examples come from studies the hub covered in its first weeks.

What she heardWhat the research actually showedThe answer a prepared member gives
“Hormones protect your heart now.”In SWAN (2,737 women, about 20 years), hormone therapy started near menopause was linked to 22% lower cardiovascular risk. It was observational.“Starting near menopause looks favorable for the heart, but we don’t prescribe hormones to prevent heart disease. We decide on your symptoms and your own risks.”
“Vaginal estrogen prevents UTIs, so everyone should use it.”In 375 women over 50 after hip surgery, vaginal estrogen did not prevent UTIs; infections were more than twice as likely among users.“It helps many women with recurrent UTIs, but one study in a surgical setting found no benefit. Let’s look at your situation, not the headline.”
“Testosterone builds your bones.”A small, preliminary study of 51 women, presented at a meeting, suggested added testosterone may protect spine bone density.“It’s an early signal from a small study, not a reason to start testosterone for bones yet. Here’s what we know works.”
“ADHD medication fixes menopause brain fog.”A review found early signs and called it too early to recommend; an ADHD symptom screen is a reasonable first step.“It’s interesting, but not ready for routine use. Let’s screen first and look at sleep, mood and hormones together.”
“The patch and the pill are the same.”A 2026 nationwide BMJ study compared clot and stroke risk across today’s hormone therapy routes and doses.“Route and dose matter for clot risk. That’s one reason we choose a patch, gel or pill on purpose for you.”

Influencer belief versus your expert conclusion

An influencer offers certainty, a story and a discount code. You offer evidence, context and judgment. Members win that comparison when they bring the context first:

  1. Name what she saw.“You’re probably thinking of the video about…” shows you’re current.
  2. Separate the finding from the claim.Study size, design, population and what it did not show.
  3. Give your conclusion.Your experience, your patients, your recommendation.
  4. Hand her something to keep.A handout or article from your practice, built from an Empirica Logic kit.

The Daily Briefing and Trending Now supply the first two steps every morning. Your expertise supplies the third. TMA and Empirica Logic supply the fourth.
