Dr. Ally Kayton is a Doctor of Nursing Practice, board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, Registered Mental Health Intern, and founder of Sage & Stone Holistic Counseling & Integrative Health in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
With more than 25 years of clinical experience caring for women, infants, and families, Ally brings a unique perspective to women's health that integrates hormone health, emotional wellness, and nervous system regulation. Her work focuses on helping women navigate perimenopause, menopause, burnout, stress, and major life transitions through personalized, root-cause care.
Drawing on her backgrounds in advanced nursing practice, clinical mental health counseling, and integrative health, Ally believes that many women deserve more than symptom management alone. Her approach combines evidence-informed medicine with compassionate, relationship-centered care designed to help women restore energy, resilience, confidence, and overall well-being.
Through her practice, Sage & Stone Holistic Counseling & Integrative Health, Ally supports women in reconnecting with themselves and thriving through every stage of life.
