Hello, my name is Irina. I am a Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner.
I believe that the path to optimal health & harmony can be only achieved by addressing the care of the whole person – digestion, sleeping patterns, immunity, nutrition, toxicity level, hormonal status, & life style are all very important.
As a holistic medical practitioner, I believe that the human body has an incredible ability to heal and to regenerate. My goal in treating you as a patient is to guide you, to give you tools & to empower you in restoring the balance & preventing disease!
Biography
I developed interest in fitness and health at early age. Although I have been trained as an engineer in Europe, I hosted a health education program on national TV in the Ukraine and became a Fitness Champion. Through this journey, I discovered my passion for sharing wellness education with others.
When I immigrated to the US in 1998, I decided to transform my passion into my career. I learned English and obtained several degrees simultaneously as I was gliding towards my goal to become a Nurse Practitioner.
My International Journey continued from Kiev to New York to arrival at New Hampshire with a Seacoast residency and the practice of Functional Medicine in Exeter as a perfect place for further growth and evolution.
As a medical provider, I developed a strong interest in holistic health with the focus on physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. I am a devoted student and practitioner of many alternative approaches for achieving total holistic health.
I offer unique services such as regenerative treatments with Platelet-Reach Plasma (PRP), Prolozone, Neural Therapy and Cellular treatments. I believe in regenerative treatments for joints, soft tissue, back, neck, migraines and offer a variety of procedures that helped many to achieve their optimal health.
Furthermore, I am an expert in hormonal balancing – I utilize Bio-identical hormones and special nutrients and herbs for a range of conditions — thyroid and adrenal gland imbalance, sleep concerns, anxiety, depression, osteoporosis, and menopausal/andropausal symptoms for women and men.
