She earned her Doctorate of Nursing from Marymount University, where she also serves as a Professor of Graduate Pharmacology and Graduate Research. With over a decade of experience in primary, acute, and urgent care settings, Julia has developed a profound expertise in managing health across the lifespan. Her ability to critically analyze and address the root causes of health issues ensures that her personalized, evidence-based treatment plans effectively promote long-term well-being.
Julia’s passion for integrative wellness was ignited by her experiences working closely with patients who struggled to find effective, personalized care within the traditional healthcare system. Witnessing firsthand how big pharmaceutical and insurance-driven models often overlook preventative care and holistic health, she was determined to create a different approach. This commitment led her to establish Venture Wellness, where she integrates lifestyle modifications, advanced medical treatments, and the latest research to deliver transformative health outcomes. Julia is dedicated to empowering her patients through education and support, helping them achieve balanced hormones, effective weight management, and overall wellness.
