Hi, I’m Heather!

I’m a Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in medical aesthetics, functional medicine, and primary care. Since 2015, I’ve been passionate about blending science, wellness, and aesthetics to help my clients look and feel their best. With a background in primary care and preventive health, I take a holistic approach, focusing not just on beauty but on longevity, hormone balance, and biohacking for optimal wellness.

My passion for hormone optimization began in grad school when I was juggling full-time work, school, and raising two teenage boys in sports as a single mom. Exhausted and overwhelmed, I searched for answers, but my physician’s only solution was stimulant medication. I knew there had to be a better, more natural way to regain my energy and stamina. That search led me to hormone therapy, functional medicine, and biohacking, which completely transformed my health.

After working in family medicine for five years, I became frustrated seeing women suffer the same way I had—tired, burned out, and dismissed. I knew there was a better way to help them. That’s why I founded ME! Wellness & MedSpa—to help women navigate aging, hormonal imbalances, and wellness challenges, so they can thrive, not just survive.
