Overview

Eternal MedSpa is a physician-supervised med spa serving Sarasota, Venice, and the surrounding Gulf Coast, including Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Osprey, Nokomis, Siesta Key, Englewood, and North Port. Founded by Jason and Antje Dangel and established in 2025 after a vision nearly five years in the making, we were built on a single premise: that guests deserve more than a transactional med spa experience. They deserve expert clinical care, named physician oversight, transparency, natural-looking results, and an elevated experience rooted in trust.

As a Veteran & Women Owned Small Business, we bring a leadership philosophy shaped by service, discipline, integrity, accountability, and hospitality to every aspect of care. We operate two access points: a full-service flagship clinic in Sarasota and a satellite location in Venice, together giving Gulf Coast guests convenient access to medically responsible aesthetics, skin health, wellness, metabolic health, recovery, and healthy-aging care.

Our medical leadership adds more than 35 years of clinical, academic, and leadership experience.

Expertise. Our injectable and wellness care is led by two nationally board-certified Physician Assistants-Certified (PA-C), supported by licensed medical aesthetic, certified laser, and permanent makeup expertise for skin and body services.

Authoritativeness. We operate under named physician oversight, with clinical protocols, safety standards, escalation pathways, and regulatory alignment, not the anonymous “medical director on paper” model common in the industry.

Our Clinical Team

Antje Dangel, PA-C: Co-Founder · Clinical Director · Master Injector. A nationally board-certified Physician Assistant-Certified and Florida-licensed medical provider, Antje’s clinical background spans women’s health, emergency medicine, high-acuity care, and academic medicine. As our Clinical Director she shapes our treatment standards, consultation process, and natural-looking aesthetic philosophy. Her women’s-health foundation makes her particularly well suited to guests navigating hormonal and menopausal change. She is known for precise wrinkle-relaxer treatments, dermal filler planning, facial balancing, PRP, wellness injections, IV therapy, and hormone and wellness consultations.

Jennifer “Zen Jenn” Demers, PA-C: Master Injector. A nationally board-certified PA-C and Florida-licensed provider whose clinical background includes orthopedic trauma surgery, a foundation that informs her respect for anatomy, tissue behavior, healing, and precision. Known for calm, unrushed, education-focused care, Jenn is an especially good match for guests who feel nervous about injectables or want thoughtful guidance from a provider with strong procedural experience.

Alexa Martinez: Licensed Medical Aesthetician · Certified Laser Technician · PMU Artist. A Sarasota County native and licensed Medical Aesthetician with advanced training in skin health, Alexa focuses on long-term skin quality, corrective treatments, and natural enhancement, including laser and light treatments, SkinPen microneedling, medical-grade skincare, permanent makeup, and BallancerPro lymphatic massage. Her work connecting in-office treatment with the right at-home regimen speaks directly to the changing skin needs of women in midlife.

Reuben W. Holland III, MD, FACEP: Medical Director. A board-certified emergency physician with more than 35 years of clinical, academic, and leadership experience, Dr. Holland is our Medical Director and the longtime former Medical Director of the Emergency Departments and Urgent Care Centers at Sarasota Memorial Health Care System. A Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians, he has held academic appointments with Florida State University College of Medicine and served as an oral board examiner for the American Board of Emergency Medicine. He earned both his B.A. in Chemistry and his M.D. from West Virginia University and completed his residency at the University of Colorado. His oversight anchors our clinical protocols, safety standards, and medically responsible treatment planning.

Operational Leadership

Jason W. Dangel: Co-Founder · Director of Operations. A U.S. Army Veteran with two deployments to Iraq and more than 20 years of experience in healthcare communication, public affairs, and operations, Jason shapes our service-driven operations, brand standards, and guest experience.
